Add enhanced test runner with detailed reporting
- Created run_tests_with_better_output.py with organized test sections - Provides detailed breakdown by test file and system - Shows timing for each test section - Color-coded output with clear pass/fail status - Maintains all existing test functionality - Idiomatic Python solution that enhances existing test infrastructure Co-authored-by: openhands <openhands@all-hands.dev>
